School Holiday Program - Strength & Conditioning

Keep your kids active, developing skills, and having fun this school holidays with our School Holiday Strength & Conditioning Program, led by Hannah, our experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Perfect for young athletes of all sports (and all ability levels), this program helps build confidence, improve performance, and support long-term physical development, all in a safe, encouraging environment.

Program Schedule & Session Details:

Strength & Power Session
A structured gym-based session designed to enhance full-body strength, develop proper technique, and introduce controlled explosive power. Ideal for kids wanting to boost sporting performance, move better, and reduce injury risk.

Conditioning Through Games
High-energy, game-based conditioning that keeps kids moving without it feeling like a workout. Expect fun activities such as capture the flag, reaction chases, relays, and quick competitions — all focused on teamwork, speed, and friendly competition.
