Chris Farrugia

Chris serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the OnePointHealth Group. His journey with OnePointHealth began in 2015 when he joined as a Podiatry Cadet while pursuing his Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. In December 2021, Chris achieved his Master of Business Administration (MBA), further solidifying his expertise in both healthcare and business management.

Chris has a deep-rooted passion for charity work, shaped by meaningful experiences in his youth. He is actively involved in several OnePointHealth-led charitable initiatives, including The FootCare Project, which collects footwear from the community to donate to homeless and disadvantaged men, women and children in Sydney. Additionally, Chris contributes to both men’s and women’s health events, focusing on prevention, awareness, and education to promote better health outcomes. His dedication to community service also extends to his role as a member of the School Advisory Council at St. Dominic's College.

Chris enjoys combining his love for healthcare with his dedication to inspiring and promoting best practices. With a passion for developing people and teams, Chris works closely with the OnePointHealth cadet program, universities, and schools to foster the next generation of healthcare professionals. He believes that developing others is one of the most rewarding aspects of his role, and he takes pride in helping people grow in their careers and reach their full potential.

Away from work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends and has a passion for travel and exploring new places.
