Learning and Development Manager, Podiatrist

Dean is a highly experienced Podiatrist based at our Penrith clinic, with over 8 years of clinical experience at OnePointHealth. With a strong foundation in evidence-based care, Dean has developed expertise across a broad range of Podiatric conditions, with particular interest in complex foot and ankle conditions, orthotic therapy, biomechanics assessment and minor surgical procedures for ingrown toenails and plantar warts.
Dean is currently completing 6 years of additional training with the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons (ACPS), in order to obtain qualification as a Surgical Podiatrist, reflecting his commitment to ensuring his patients receive the best possible care.
Beyond his clinical role, Dean serves as Learning and Development Manager for OnePointHealth's multidisciplinary allied health team, coordinating regular continuing professional development sessions for the team to ensure the care that is delivered at one point health is consistent with the most up to date research. He is passionate about elevating clinical standards and contributing to a culture of lifelong learning across the team.
Dean is dedicated to providing personalised, patient-centred care and works collaboratively with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.
