Georgia graduated from University of Western Sydney in Sports and Exercise Science and continued her education where she completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney.
Georgia started working at OnePointHealth as a part of the Cadet Program; instructing the Pilates classes and is now involved in the Balance, Strength and Conditioning as well as hydrotherapy classes.
Georgia has a passion for Women’s Health Exercise Physiology; including the management of PCOS, pelvic floor concerns, pre/ postnatal care, and menopause. Georgia has further interest in the benefits of clinical mat and reformer Pilates, allowing her to provide tailored movement programs to support women at various life stages.
Having competed at high levels of dance, Georgia has an extensive understanding of dance-related injuries and rehabilitation strategies. Georgia also has a strong interest in working with the elderly and offers home visits and residential aged care group classes.
In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reformer pilates and walking her dog.
