Strength and Conditioning Coach
Available at Penrith
Hannah is an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach who graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of High Performance Sport. Hannah is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals through tailored and evidence-based training programs.
Hannah brings a wealth of experience to her role, having worked across multiple departments at OnePointHealth. She has contributed to the team as part of the administration staff, within the footwear store, and as a Lab Technician for Alliance Orthotics. These roles have provided her with a unique and well-rounded understanding of injury management and rehabilitation, which she integrates into her strength and conditioning approach.
Currently, Hannah leads the Strength and Conditioning program for Nepean FC's Under 14 to Under 18 girls teams and has worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Penrith Panthers’ Lisa Fiaola and Tarsha Gale Cup squads. She has also been involved with the NSWRL Junior Sky Blues development program, gaining valuable experience working with young, high-potential athletes.
Hannah is particularly passionate about treating athletes of all levels, runners, and the general population—helping each person unlock their physical potential and return to the activities they love. Her programs focus on improving performance, preventing injury, and supporting long-term movement health. Whether in a rehab setting or performance environment, she thrives on creating positive change through movement and strength.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and training at the gym.
