Jarrah is an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist who has been working in private practice since 2018. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) in 2015 and went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney in 2017.
Jarrah enjoys treating a wide variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, with a strong focus on empowering her patients to take control of their recovery and reach their individual goals—whether that’s returning to sport, improving day-to-day movement, or building long-term resilience.
Jarrah has had several years of experience working with elite and recreational sporting teams, offering injury prevention and rehabilitation for athletes from adolescence through to adulthood. With her strong passion in netball, Jarrah provides Physio as well as strength and conditioning coaching for ERNA representative teams, Sydney Netball Academy, the NSW Men’s Netball team and the Australian Kelpies. She also has experience working with Rugby Union, tennis, soccer, dance and physie athletes.
Jarrah has pursued further professional development to enhance her clinical skills in paediatric physiotherapy, matwork and reformer Pilates, dry needling and lower limb rehab.
Jarrah brings compassion, energy and a passion for functional exercise as rehabilitation to every consult to empower her patients to live a healthy, happy life!
