Lauren is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), who graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Nutrition Science and minoring in Physiology.
Clinically, Lauren has special interest in areas of digestive health, women's health, sports nutrition, disordered eating patterns, diabetes management and weight loss. She is dedicated to supporting her patients to improve their health outcomes and achieve their goals through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Lauren is also deeply passionate about encouraging her patients to build a healthier relationship with food and promotes a balanced approach to nutrition for sustainable results and overall satisfaction.
Lauren is deeply committed to ongoing professional development and learning to ensure she delivers a high standard of care to her patients based on the most up to date evidence and nutrition care processes.
In her free time, Lauren loves to stay active, whether it be weight training, running or a walk with family and friends. She also enjoys getting in the kitchen and testing out new recipes.
