Nathan graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a Master of Physiotherapy, following a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science.
He has a strong interest in evidence-based practice and research, having co-authored a published systematic review and meta-analysis in JOSPT Open (2025):
“The Efficacy of Dry Cupping Compared to Placebo Cupping for People With Musculoskeletal Complaints: A Systematic Review With Meta-Analysis".
Nathan is passionate about helping people understand their injury or condition, manage chronic issues, and enhance overall well-being. He focuses on providing personalised, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to take an active role in their recovery and achieve their goals. Nathan prioritises the what and why about the injury/condition and ensures you understand your injury in order to optimise rehabilitation.
At the clinic, Nathan assists in running Balance, Strength, and Conditioning classes and has experience delivering clinical Pilates sessions. His primary clinical interests include sports injuries and athlete rehabilitation. Nathan has worked with teams such as Western Sydney Wanderers W-League, Western Sydney Wanderers Mens NPL1, Nepean FC’s Senior Men’s League One squad and the Holy Cross College Rugby squad, gaining extensive experience across multiple codes.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys resistance training, playing sports, dining out, and spending time at the beach.
