Zak graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine.
Joining our team as a student in the Cadet Program, Zak gained unique hands-on experience in lower limb treatment and holistic health care during his undergraduate studies. This early exposure helped him develop a passion for evidence-based practice and a commitment to achieving the best clinical results.
Zak specialises in chronic and acute injury rehabilitation, diabetic wound care, and chairside surgeries for conditions such as ingrown nails and plantar warts. His expertise extends to the management of NDIS and workers compensation patients, focusing on medical grade footwear prescription, shockwave therapy, custom orthotics, and AFO/braces.
In addition to his clinical work, Zak plays a crucial role in our in-house orthotic facility. He is responsible for designing and manufacturing high-quality custom devices to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Outside of work, Zak enjoys an active lifestyle in the gym. He also actively participates in 'The Footcare Project', our charity arm, which collects pre-owned footwear and collaborates with local charity organisations to provide well-fitted, supportive shoes to individuals in need throughout Western Sydney.
