Sport is more than just a game for young athletes; it’s where they connect with teammates, build confidence and discover what they’re capable of. Our youth classes are designed to help them get the most out of every training session and every match.

Led by our Strength and Conditioning Coach Hannah, these structured sessions teach young athletes how to move well, train safely and develop skills that transfer directly to their sport. With a focus on correct technique and body awareness, participants build a strong foundation for athletic performance while reducing their risk of injury.

Youth Strength and Power Tuesdays

5:00–6:00pm | Gym-based

This gym-based session develops full-body strength through coached exercises and controlled explosive movements. Athletes learn correct lifting and movement technique, helping them train safely and build confidence in the gym. The skills developed in this class translate directly to improved performance on the field.

Speed and Agility

Thursdays, 5:00–6:00pm | Jamison Park

An on-field session focused on developing efficient sprint mechanics, explosive acceleration and change of direction skills. Key fundamentals including posture, arm action, foot placement and braking are coached to improve agility, reaction time and confidence. Athletes build the body awareness and coordination needed to move quickly and effectively during competition.
