Exercise Physiologist

Ben graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology.
He began his journey at OnePointHealth through the Clinical Cadet Program, where he gained valuable experience working with Alliance Orthotics as a lab technician and assisting in Strength, Balance, and Conditioning classes.
Ben now works as a dedicated Exercise Physiologist, delivering evidence-based care to help clients improve their physical function, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their health and performance goals. He also supports the local sporting community through his role as a sports trainer for Nepean FC’s Boys Youth League.
Ben has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal injuries, return-to-sport rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and metabolic health.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, playing golf, and watching sports such as rugby league, soccer, and cricket.
