Jack Goodwin

Jack graduated from the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Macquarie University. Jack also completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Jack has completed courses including Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) Advanced taping, Australian Physiotherapy Association level 1 Sports Physiotherapy.

Jack enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and has a special interest in knee, ankle injuries and shoulder instability. Jack also Post operative rehabilitation of ACLR, Latarjet, Shoulder stabilisation, TKR, THR.

Jack's approach to practice is focused on applying research and evidence based practice. Jack prioritises patient education to empower every individual. Jacks focuses on treating the clinical presentation of his patients with a particular focus on functional rehabilitation and exercise based approach

In addition to his clinical work, Jack is the team physiotherapist for the Penrith Panthers Tarsha Gale team. Jack has also worked with NSW Hockey, Nepean FC, Blue Mountains Rugby, NSW Police Force RECON program, Athletics Australia and the AIS sports draft.
